Smoking proscription?

What are people chitchat about on here in the region of a smoking ban from the parliament? Could someone please clue me into what's going on? And where it's at (what states and all)?Smoking proscription?
I live contained by central illinois and we enjoy smoking bans within public places. Our whole town is smoke free. In other words smoking is dishonest in public places including restraunts and bar. I LOVE IT!
sorry, i dont know. but it would be nice if smoking was prevented.
