Swollen Toe?

My 15 year old son hasnt be feeling in good health the past couple of days...Well today he woke up and his big toe be swollen and when you touched it a yellowish green puss comes out. He has have surgery several years ago on both big toes due to severe in grown toe nail and they removed the "roots" of his nails to manufacture his nail smaller. Could this be from another ingrown pin?Swollen Toe?
You need to whip your son to the emergency room immediately, he have an infection and it can enter into his blood stream and cause serious complications if departed untreated.
He has most predictable not been foreboding well because his body have been trying to box off this infection. Any infections contained by the feet can be terrifically dangerous.

Ingrown toenails are pretty obvious, as they hurt approaching hell, and you can see the nail pushing into the staple bed. But the fact that pus is involved say, whatever is going on, he's get an infection. For that reason alone, he requests to see a doctor immediately.
You also stated he hasn't be feeling powerfully, and that could indicate some larger issue, unless you meant he's lately not been thought well because of the toe. Either approach, he needs to see a doctor. This isn't something you want to lurk out, especially since this is occurring at the site of a previous surgery.
