Sugar ... Headache?

A couple of hours ago, I had moderately a bit of sugar from kool aid. About half a cup of pure kool aid to be exact. I also ate an Almond Joy, Lays, and some Soda. Now my skipper feels close to its splitting open and i'm really dizzy. What is up near this?
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?Sugar ... Headache?
It's the sugar crash ..you loaded up on carbohydrates and went flying dignified for a short period of time...but in a minute that burst of energy is used up and your blood glucose level are dropping rapidly. Causing your headache as okay as other changes (you are probably tired and cranky too). Eat a spoon or two of peanut butter ...it have some carbs but is balanced next to protien ...and take two tylenol to wellbeing your headache. The protien will help harmonize out your blood sugar and then surrounded by the future try not overloading on carbs. Hope you get the impression better soon.
It's a crash from a sugar high. Can transpire if you have too much caffeine, too. Drink some wet, and eat something beside protein and carbs and then whip a nap if you are competent.
well u a moment ago ate way to much sugar cut down a bit lift an asprin drink some water next to no sugar!! and go to sleep
