The Alli "Healthy" Diet?

Hey guys!:
My older cousin, who's 20, started taking these diet pills. She's taking Alli, [the modern healthy diet everyone is conversation about]. She has this book, where on earth it says what she can/can't guzzle, and all these portions she must hold of each, etc. The pills formulate her rush to the bathroom, which the diet symptoms say themselves. But lately she's be feeling really giddy, and she's been getting really strong headache that mostly last adjectives day. She have no energy, and she's be feeling really sick. Should she move about to the doctor? I try convincing her that she should, but she says it's adjectives part of the diet. I don't deduce this is healthy. Have any Alli users have this problems before? Or have anyone heard of this diet person a bad one?
adjectives suggestions/help will be appreciated.!The Alli "Healthy" Diet?
The doctor will tell her to stop abuse her body. She should learn how to lose mass the right way. Eat lots of good foods and she can be thin and strong. See stie below. Her body is warning her that it is close to breaking down.
this is a fundamentally new diet to the public and should be used near extreme caution Your cousin should move about to the doc. of course they are going to narrate her to stop taking the diet pill but she needs to fashion sure that this won;t have a foremost long term effect. I hope everything is fine beside her I have considered this diet myself
