my son has a markedly sore tongue,there are whity spots at the fund,i cant see that his tonsils are swollen,i will obviously lift him to the doctors in the morning,but i be just looking for some suggestions tonight!thanx guysSpots on the tongue!?

When i be younger my tounsils were highly big and the docters said the germs are behind them so its easier to secrete...
it could be thrush or tonsillitis.
