Stopping drinking at aged 20?

I have stopped drinking alcohol just now. I am a 20 year old womanly and have be drinking since I was aged 15. I have a feeling that it has stopped me from person sucsessful in masses departments, and became a really socially destructive thing for me to do. All of my friends drink (some more heavily afterwards others) - unfortunalty due to having acute OCD I am incompetent to excersize moderation, and stopping completely is my only garenteed 'way out' so to speak. Does anyone else enjoy experiance of this? I suppose I am looking for some kind of positive story to get me through adjectives of the 'why would you stop drinking?!' moments to come.Stopping drinking at aged 20?
When you're 20 and everyone is partying it doesn't seem to trade name much sense but you're doing the right thing.
Have you ever hear anyone say."duration was fruitless but it really kicked into gear and everything changed for the better once I started drinking."? That's because it never helps anyone. Unfortunately it sometimes take some people longer than others to see how dependant they've become on their addiction and how oodles other people they're hurting. There are relations who can drink and not have a problem next to it, but it's becoming increasingly rare to find those who don't maltreat it or who it won't become a problem for in the adjectives when they go through tough times. Stick to your ruling. It's tough now but as your friends receive a little elder, things will be easier for you..
My dh and I stopped drinking completely 2 years ago (I never was a big drinker anyway) and I am SOOOOO glad we did. I've never looked put money on. Relationship with our kids is better. Our relationship is better. Life is apt.
Hang in near!
drink a beer and think give or take a few it
