Sleep Paralyzation...?

The other night, I cogitate I felt paralyzed while I be alseep. This has happen before - it's resembling I am semi-conscious, but can't move any part of my body. I try concrete to jerk around and sometimes this fixes it, but, the other dark I just remember attitude paralyzed... but I can't remember if it was a dream or sincerity. It feels unadulterated, and if the paralyzation was a dream, it have happened back and it is vivid. Any clues?Sleep Paralyzation...?
Your body normally go into a state of paralysis when you sleep/dream to protect you from yourself. Truly. When someone sleepwalks its because this didn't occur. Just as the body can come to nothing to go into a state of paralysis for dreams, it can also see the paralysis verbs into the beginnings of consciousness. Don't sweat it. There's nothing wrong beside you if it happens immediately and again.
