i can't go to sleep until 2:30 a.m. on a regular argument can someone give me direction on how to get to sleep more rapidlySleeping problems?
First thing you stipulation to do is make your room a place for sleep. Make sure your room is cool and night. Do not use your room for any activity excluding sleep if possible. If you requirement some form of white noise, fan, noise machines, whirl makers etc are well brought-up, but do not listen to the radio or watch tv to slop asleep as they actually disturb your sleep cycle, and you can become dependant on them for sleep.
Some point to not do before bed- Watching TV, one on the computer, playing video games are bad right beforehand bed because often times it excites your mind. Try something comforting like a thaw out shower or bath, reading, meditation in the past bed. Also, working out before bed is devout, just create sure you finish at least 1 hour past you plan on sleeping, and take a nice heat up shower to relax you.
Some sleep aids are warm tea <they enjoy relaxation and night time teas, look for those> reheat milk, a glass of red wine <only just one glass, more can disturb your sleep> even merely hot water next to lemon and honey. If those dont work you can try a pill form of sleep aid, but make sure you turn to bed at the same time every hours of darkness or you wont create a sleep cycle, meletonin is a good organic sleep aid. Then theres tylenol pm or a specific otc sleep aid. if none of those work, talk to your DR, ive found Lunesta and Ambien to be the best RX sleep aids.
Play badminton for 2-3 hours.They you will wonder.
