I can get plenty of hours of sleep at darkness but during the day I am sooo tired. Whenever my best friend sleeps over she say that I toss and turn through the night because she is a incredibly light sleeper and it could be because of that.
What do you give attention to it could be from and how could I fix it?Sleeping problems?

There are lots of things that could be coming into play here.
anxiety? depression? Try a hot hip bath, journaling, counseling, daily aerobic exercise. Do you have need of to lose weight? Eat in good health?
get/ checked/ for/ narcolepsy / sleep apnea
Familiar problems happen next to me... Try getting up early, and making through in the future, then you'll be tired at darkness, then sleep precipitate, and you'll get up before the next daylight, and wont be as tired in the daylight.
