Sleep Troubles!?

I am having comparatively a bit of sleep trouble during this week. I can't go to bed before than how late i stayed up the previous hours of darkness. One night I stayed up til 3am and stayed near that for another two nights. Then I settled to go to bed at close to 11pm and fall asleep faster. I couldn't achieve to sleep until 3am again. It was horrible. I've tried reading, listen to music, watching TV/movies, etc. but nothing works. I can't turn to bed right when my head hits the pillow. What can I do to dive asleep faster without seeing my doctor or taking any pills? Are here any methods to help me seize to sleep faster?Sleep Troubles!?
Work out an hour or two before you step to bed...get adjectives the energy you can out. I hold always have problems going to be when I wanted to because I only just think of things from the together day, former times...etc etc
Just do something that will get adjectives the energy out. Don't drink any caffeine after 6, that might the be the problem also.
The easiest and safest entity to try is to get some exercise. Go for a long totter after dinner. If you are not an exercising kind of creature (like I'm not) then it will work even better!
try doing some sports similar to swimming, running etc and after have a shower since going bed. if this doesn't work. try masturbating.
main principle is that u r suffering from depression. try to solve your problems. drink a glass of milk up to that time sleeping. put a vase of flowers beside your bed. Have a thaw out shower before sleeping. soak your foot in reheat water n mix a bit of saline , it will help you relax.
