So.. is it impossible that I get the impression guilty..?

After eating anything chocolate, or anything that would be considered a dessert, pastry, cake. I get the impression fat, gross, and guilty.
I'm not overweight, and I really didn't do anything wrong of course. But I verbs to eat it sometimes, simply not a lot of it. Any amount though, I grain bad.So.. is it impossible that I get the impression guilty..?
It could be any you have a devout healthy lifestyle and your body is your temple, or you own an eating disorder, or something contained by between. Not enough information to really comment competently
i would read out it triggers some self esteem issues. if this is the way it make you feel when you devour them, i would wonder whats going on to trigger the fat gross reaction. its ok to eat them contained by moderation, but in your grip i would maybe look at why you grain fat and gross and where on earth you are with self esteem. next to the sweets, you know what reaction you are going to take right now, so why do you purposfully get through them knowing thats the reaction you are going to achieve. so, its not the sweets, its the issues it triggers you need to explore.
