Slight, variable, chest cramp...any express lend a hand please!?

for like 2 days or so immediately, i have be having this restrained pain...it comes and go random...and individual lasts for around 1 or maybe 2 second...its very slight...bearly obvious, but noticable. it is in my chest, on the moved out side..even up with the nipple, but greater, about 2" below the collar bone.
i know your heart is lower and more centered...but resembling, is there muscles approaching in between your ribs? it feel like its contained by between the ribs...and the pain does not final long enough for me to inform how deep it is... gratitude
oh yah, im 21, a male, 125 chloresterol mark, dont smoke, no drugs EVER..and lifted some weights the other daytime...i dont ever lift weights.
i go for a good run, and got my heart rate up to just about 160/bpm and the pain did not come or anything...i hold also done other exercise to get the heart rate up and it did not endow with any pain...
one final thing. i be laying on my back/side watching a movie...and when i type got up and a funny angle, i thought it hurt for a sec.Slight, variable, chest cramp...any express lend a hand please!?
ok I'm 14 and i receive that pain sometimes too.My aunt say it just a slight misery and it usually will go away contained by a week but if not jump see a doctor it might be a clogged artery.
i dont know really what to say it would be the best to stir to a doctor.at least you will know what exactally is the problem is.sorry i cant oblige.
