i took 2 sleeping pills (25 mg of diphenhydramine each), it says to just take 1 but I took 2 . what effects might this enjoy? I have to take up early tomorrow...Sleeping pill?
I really want to incorporate something about sleeping pills that you may not know- the road they work is by depriving the cells contained by your body of oxygen untill they shut down. Isnt that creepy? I dont take them anymore because of that.
it shouldnt be too significant...you might touch groggy in the morning...
Diphenhydramine is vitally Benadryl. It's ok to take 2 at a time. It'll put you to sleep, but be warn that you may suffer from the so-called "Benadryl hangover" tomorrow. In other words, you may feel a moment or two sluggish.
What you took is Benadryl. 25 to 50 mg. is the normal dose for an grown.
One of the most potent side effects to this drug is sedation.
If you allow yourself a good 8 hours to sleep, you may consistency a bit sedated in the am, but the majority of the drug should be in good health cleared from your system by then.
Sweet dreams! And don't verbs! :-)
You shouldn't be affected by it to much except for the certainty that you will feel resembling you have a hangover the subsequent day. If you clutch these on a regular basis your body will build up a resistance to them and you will require a difficult dose so I would suggest that if you continue to hold sleeping issues see your doctor there are some fully clad medications out in attendance that are non-addictive that will help you surrounded by getting some good rest WITHOUT that hangover passion.
I am not a nurse, I have be battling insomnia for years so this is simply plain old experience conversation here. I have tried the Diphenhydramine and the Xanax ( I own this for a panic disorder)helps too but for me Lunesta works great and I don't be aware of groggy the next daytime.
