your description is kinda confusing. can u try an antacid first to see if you get some nouns? maybe you own gas, try simethecone, helps return with rid of gas quick. an example is gas-x. you may be describing an carbuncle or something else. if you have a temp, telephone call you md for an appt. hope this helps ;)michele
